Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. After only one year, she could earn her Pro Card at age 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further her studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, setting bigger targets each year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her physique each year. Ariel's favorite body part to train is the back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand with a pull-up device and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel uses her time efficiently. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, and another heavier weight day.
